Terms of Sales

These conditions govern sales (initialed as "CGV" in the document) on the merchant website https://www.creationLilyRose.com.
All sales of products distributed by Créations Lily-Rose (the "Products") are governed by these CGVs. Our CGVs must be properly approved by our customers (a.k.a. "the buyer") when creating an account and validating an online order.
Orders will only be shipped by Créations Lily-Rose if all the following conditions have been met:
- Product availability
- Complete order registration with exact information
- Payment is accepted by Paypal online payment service.
The order confirmation must be signed and accepted by the customer.
Créations Lily-Rose reserves the right not to ship an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of a problem with the order received.
The products are billed in accordance with the rates in effect on the day the order is accepted on www.creationsLilyRose.com
Prices are set WITHOUT TAX and are show in Canadian Dollars (CDN). Before finalizing the order, if applicable, the shipping costs and taxes will be calculated and displayed. For deliveries outside of Canada, customs and insurance charges may apply. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Payments for orders are made exclusively by credit card through the secure Paypal system at the time of your order confirmation. The entry of payment information (card number, expiration date, CVV etc.) is carried out directly on the secure platform of Paypal, guaranteeing you maximum security. No data concerning your payment card is stored on our servers.
Shipping is done within two working days of payment for the order. The delivery address provided when finalizing the order must be a valid and complete address. Delays in delivery, any error or omission in the products delivered cannot be used as a reason for canceling the current order, nor give rise to claims of any kind (damages, etc.)
All orders are sent by Canada Post.
Orders delivered outside of Canada may be subject to a customs tax or additional charges. The customer declares to take full responsibility for all customs constraints and authorizations necessary for the importation of the products into their country. The buyer declares to take responsibility for all financial consequences that failure to comply with these constraints could entail.
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by the Civil Code of Quebec. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
CreationsLilyRose.com reminds that once the customer physically acquires the products that were purchased, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to themselves. Thus, all complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made in writing within 8 days of delivery.
The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them (accessories, packaging, etc.).
Accountability for damage caused by CreationsLilyRose.com can only be sought after being proved.
CreationsLilyRose.com will in no way be responsible for indirect damages (including loss of profits, defamation, or other types of losses) resulting from a delay or a failure committed in the execution of the sale.
In any event, CreationsLilyRose.com's liability, whatever the cause or basis, may not exceed, in total, the price of the products purchased by the customer.
Trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of CreationsLilyRose.com. No assignment of intellectual property rights is made through these CGV. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
When agreement is reached between both parties, these CGVs and the resulting purchase and sale transactions are subject to the laws applicable in the province of Quebec and in Canada


Both parties agree that for any claim or legal action of any kind, relating to the execution and interpretation of the CGVs, to choose the judicial district of Montreal, province of Quebec, Canada, as the appropriate place for the hearing of said claims or legal proceedings. Exclusions include any other judicial district which may have jurisdiction over such litigation as prescribed by law.
